the QUALITY of their homes. Todd Sales has been in the construction business for over 12 years. He has built his company based on the underlying principles of the importance of demanding quality and paying attention to detail on every project.

Quality Custom Homes has built custom homes throughout the Council Bluffs area including Ridgeview Estates, Ferndale, Bent Tree, Tara Hills, and Country Ridge Estates.

Todd's custom homes can be seen on McPherson Avenue, 205th Street, and Oak Valley in Crescent. In 2003-5, he built 12 houses in the Malloy Subdivision/ Sunset Park for the CHIC program.
